Packing


Packaging is very important to us and getting to our customers. The MAQ PARTS logo is on every box, which ensures that you receive quality spare parts packed safely.

In each package you will find the necessary documents for each spare part, which is a warranty and a document confirming the spare parts you ordered.

Protection with additional insurance
Each delivery from us is sent with additional insurance value that is not charged to you.
To ensure safe delivery, we insure all shipments against loss, breakage or other causes that courier companies may make during delivery.


Each spare part has an identification part number through which the customer knows the part number, description, quantity in the box and country of origin for the customer's purposes. We include a packing list in each pallet to help you better in the production process.



Delivery


Delivery costs are based on the weight of the product and the delivery address provided. We provide the exact price for delivery during the payment process.

We are currently shipping to anywhere in Europe, but in the near future we are working to expand our network to other continents.

All deliveries are processed via TNT, DHL, DB SCHENKER, RABEN GOROUP and we offer next day delivery for almost & nbsp; all orders.

To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00.

Orders can be placed 24/7, 365 days a year . Our delivery methods usually apply only on weekdays and not on weekends and holidays.




 

Easy return

You have the right to cancel a product purchased from the site within 7 days from the date of receipt, without compensation or penalty. You only need to inform the Seller in advance about this intention by sending him a notification by phone call to the specified phones or contact email.

The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. The returned goods must be in the form in which they were received with undamaged commercial appearance and without missing parts, not used, in their original packaging, with accompanying labels and all accompanying documents & ndash; receipt or invoice, instructions for use, etc.




Replacement


You have the right to exchange the goods purchased from the site within 7 days from the date of its receipt, in case of fault of the Seller you have received different from the one you specified in your order. In case the Seller fails to procure the necessary products, he undertakes to notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid, including transport costs paid by you, within 30 calendar days.

You have the right to claim a product purchased from the site within 7 days from the date of its receipt, in case you find visible defects. The seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a new one or to refund the amounts paid by you. In case of a defective product, the transport costs for the replacement are at the expense of the Seller.
