Delivery costs are based on the weight of the product and the delivery address provided. We provide the exact price for delivery during the payment process.

We are currently sending to any point in Bulgaria, and we are working to expand our network to other countries and regions.

Possibility to pick up spare parts from our warehouses or to be sent with transport and courier companies.

For Spain we send with different transport companies, depending on their price offers for the specified shipments.

Delivery to Europe is processed via TNT and we offer next day delivery for almost all orders. IN

To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00.

Orders can be placed 24/7, 365 days a year. Our delivery methods usually only apply on weekdays and not on weekends and holidays.

 

Easy return

You have the right to cancel a product purchased from the site within 7 days from the date of receipt, without due compensation or penalty. You only need to inform the Seller in advance about this intention by sending him a notification by phone call to the specified phones or contact email.

The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. The returned goods must be in the form in which they were received with undamaged commercial appearance and without missing parts, not used, in their original packaging, with the accompanying labels and with all accompanying documents - receipt or invoice, instructions for use, etc.

 

Replacement

You have the right to replace a product purchased from the site within 7 days from the date of its receipt, in case of fault of the Seller you have received a different one than the one you specified in your order. In case the Seller fails to procure the necessary products, he is obliged to notify you as soon as possible and return the amount paid, including shipping costs paid by you, within 30 calendar days.

You have the right to claim a product purchased from the site, within 7 days from the date of its receipt, in case you find visible defects. The seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a new one or to refund the amounts paid by you. In case of a defective product, the transport costs for the replacement are at the expense of the Seller.
