How can I track my shipment?
To track your shipment, log in to your account and you will find the shipment number, after which you can track when it is expected to arrive at your warehouse.
After each of your orders, MAQ PARTS sends a notification to your e-mail, confirmation that your order has been sent, as well as the shipment number, through which you can track your shipment.
All shipments are sent by courier companies for which MAQ PARTS is not responsible for the delivery time.
What do I do if my shipment is delayed?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, your delivery may be delayed. In the event that there is a delay in shipments that we need to send to you, we will inform you and note in your order about the delay,
However, in case you need urgent delivery, please email us at logistics@maq-parts.com or send your questions via the inquiry form and we will try to expedite your shipment.
Can a shipment be sent to a different address than the one listed in my account?
All registered customers have the opportunity to add different delivery addresses. When you want to order spare parts for a different address from your company's main address, enter the different address and note that you want us to send spare parts to that address.
How will I receive the shipment to my address?
When you place an order in MAQ PARTS you will be able to choose which way to send it to you. They can be sent by standard delivery by road or by express delivery by plane.
After choosing a delivery method, after sending from the warehouses of MAQ PARTS you will receive a shipment number and confirmation that your shipment has been sent.
Delivery time in Europe with standard delivery by road is approximately 4 to 7 days, depending on which country you requested the delivery, as well as to which city.
Express orders are sent by plane through the courier companies Fedex and DHL. Delivery time for express deliveries from 24 to 48 hours for Europe.
